This one’s the best.

The room itself was comfortable and had plenty going for it: a mini-fridge, digital TV, wardrobe, dressing table, a comfortable bed, working AC, and lots of outlets. It was clean when I checked carefully, smelled lovely when I walked in, and the bathroom was clean and fragrant too. It had a cold shower, hot water, and a working toilet. The lighting was nice, with one main white light and four small warm yellow-orange ones, though one of those four was out. It didn’t bother me much. I booked through Agoda at a very affordable price, so it seemed like good value. Check-in took a little while because the receptionist hadn’t received my booking details from the admin, but I’d booked shortly before arriving. It was understandable, and the process went ahead without any major issue. There’s free Wi-Fi, and the network name and password are supposed to be on the dressing table. The writing there was damaged and unreadable in my room, though. I asked for the password over WhatsApp and got one for a different network name. The connection was fairly stable. A few things could be improved. The bathroom door was stiff, and changing the shower from the regular faucet to the overhead one was awkward. Adjusting the water heater was tricky too, since even a small adjustment could make the water very hot. The walls are thin, so sounds from outside and the next room came through pretty clearly. There was a brief power cut the next morning, apparently due to PLN. The inn has no generator, but the outage didn’t last long enough to disrupt things much. The building is also used as an exclusive mixed-use boarding house, as well as an inn. Even with the minor issues, I found the stay comfortable and worthwhile for the price and facilities.

For 133,000 on Agoda I got a room with luxurious facilities, Masyaallah. It was spotless and comfortable, and the service was friendly. There’s a fridge in the room, hot water, a TV, plus a shared kitchen with an electric stove and hot and cold drinking water. It’s so complete that I want to stay for a month 🥹 The one thing missing is a Qibla direction in the room for Muslims. If I could give 10,000 stars, I would.
