The staff were very kind, and the place was peaceful and comfortable for the price. It’s conveniently located behind Ambarrukmo hotel, and there’s plenty of parking. A couple of small things were missing, though: no doormat, and the soap was empty.

A comfortable place to stay in Jogja 👍

The moment I walked into the room, I got a “welcome drink,” meaning cockroaches running across the floor. There was a hole in the roof, and the bathroom was “Kempinski-level” too, with a leaking tap. What a thoroughly “enjoyable” experience.

Room: 5. Bathroom: 4. The showers and bidets all leak and need repairs. The cleanliness is still okay, but the bathtub needs more attention.

It’s a comfortable, clean place and affordable, though not exactly cheap. From the street it looks small, but inside there’s parking and several rooms, with a little pool in the middle and a swing for the kids. It came in handy for our vacation when all the hotels in town were booked. :)
