The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the peaceful setting in a middle upperclass neighbourhood made this a good place to unwind after a hard day's work. This modern homestay opened in December 2015. The tiled rooms are modern and sufficiently spacious, with a great price quality ratio for business people or professionals. I especially appreciated the natural daylight, cleanliness, LED flatscreen, satelite TV, hot water shower, springbed, desk, and the view from the private balcony.

The staff are friendly, and the neighborhood is nice. It's a comfortable place at a relatively affordable price. Cleanliness could be improved, and the room made it a bit hard to get internet phone signal.

Cozy spot, homie feel, kind service, and a good location. What more could you want?

It's cheap and the room is very clean, though the bathroom could use a better cleaning.
