The staff were very friendly and took my complaint seriously. I was first given a shabby room with a damp mattress and pillows, and a TV remote that didn’t work. They moved me to another room, which was okay, though the table there couldn’t fit my one large bag, so it wouldn’t suit a business trip. I did get noodles, coffee, and tea. There’s also a shared kitchen and refrigerator, plus a water dispenser you can use as much as you like.

The room was quiet, on the top floor, and had a great view. TV options included Netflix, Vidio, and Prime. Towels smelled fresh and the room was clean. Hot water took a little while to come through, but that was fine, and the security guard was friendly. Weeknight rates were 150 per night. My early check-in at 7 AM yesterday cost an extra 80,000 Rupiah.
