I couldn't get any sleep. The room stank of cigarettes even though it was in a no-smoking area, and the hotel couldn't do anything about it. On top of that, the walls are really thin, so all the noise carried: kids were banging hard on the door and running around unchecked. It was a nightmare. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

The room was comfy and clean, and the service was great. I could sign in to my own account on the smart TV, too. Room service food was tasty, and there was street food nearby like lalapan and nasi kuning. Definitely recommend staying here. Thanks to receptionist kak Yuni for helping me!

The room was big enough, and the restaurant was nice.

The water had no smell, and both the shower's hot water and the AC worked really well. The electric kettle worked fine too, though the mini fridge looked old. A relative paid for a room for my mom and me before our flight the next day. It was clean, but the first impression was that it looked unclean and not very grand. The room was decent, though I wouldn't say it was worth the price. One odd thing was the towel holder above the toilet, with the lid open.
