I spent three nights in an executive suite with a pool view. The hotel connects to epiwalk mall through the lobby, and the district was quiet with little traffic. At afternoon tea from 5-7 PM, there was live traditional kulintang music. Breakfast was amazing, especially the main dishes from Nusantara, India, and Korean cuisines, and the PASTRY. The pool is a good size, though ideally only three adults swim at once, and getting there means walking through a crowded area by the restaurant and lobby. The suite design was great, with a mini kitchen, cooking utensils, microwave, water dispenser, cutlery, and tableware. LPG was available on request. There were two smart TVs, one in the main bedroom and one in the living room. The view outside was lovely at night, with Jakarta tower skyscraper visible. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I slept well. The hotel bakery by the lobby offers 50% off after 8 PM, great value and worth trying. Bluebird taxis wait outside around the clock, handy if you need to go out before dawn, and there was no check-in deposit. A couple of issues: the room phone was bad and voices weren't clear, and I found a small solid rock in my bubur kacang ijo, so please be careful preparing it.

Boris and Rezky made the stay especially memorable. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, and you can tell they care about guests. The rooms were modern, spotless, and comfortable after a long day around Jakarta. Breakfast had a tasty spread of local and international choices, and the location made it easy to explore. Everything felt welcoming and smooth from arrival. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The location is the big draw, right in the middle of the business area with easy access to everything. I liked the food, and there's a bakery too if you want more. The room was nice and I have no complaints, although the furniture may be from the late 90s or 2000s, which gives it an old feel and makes me think it needs modernizing.

This is my usual place when I visit Jakarta. The people are great, service is good, and the staff are always very friendly. They remember what I like, the rooms are amazing, and the beds are really comfortable.

Key deserves thanks too. The Grove Suites by Grand Aston was very satisfying: the Kuningan location is convenient for both business centers and entertainment, and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The pool looked lovely and was great for relaxing. Staff were friendly and service was quick. I'd recommend it for work or leisure trips. ★★★★★
