The hotel’s description didn’t say that opposite-sex guests need a marriage certificate to stay, even though I explained I was traveling for business. I asked both the hotel and Traveloka to cancel, but neither responded. The location is inconvenient too, and the service was poor, with no clear reply from the hotel.

I’m from Bandung and booked through Agoda, where I saw no rule about needing a marriage certificate. At check-in, they asked me for one. The staff were rude, and it felt like they were taking their pay without doing their jobs and misleading people. Anyone planning to travel with Buzz Trip should bring a marriage certificate.

The staff were unfriendly, just as other Traveloka reviews said. If you’re thinking of booking, be aware that this place is for married couples. It follows Sharia rules, but the accommodation doesn’t say that in its policy.

Funny how you call it a business trip or staycation when you’re really trying to commit adultery. Just get married already.

The staff weren’t friendly, and it was hard to communicate with them.
