Apartment Emerald Bintaro by Selvy

The pool and playground are beautiful, and the security team and staff are friendly.

It’s an affordable apartment to rent. The place isn’t very spacious, and the facilities are OK, especially for children. There’s a shuttle bus between the apartment and some locations in Bintaro, and parking is free. Traffic in front of the site is probably the downside, though security helps tenants get in and out.

There’s been a lot of improvement here. We can now enjoy the park, coffee shop, convenience stores (alfa and Indo), and laundry. The swimming pool and a decent-sized, large parking lot are coming soon.

There are 2 towers now (2021). These are entry-level apartments by Jaya, next to British School and not too far from Bintaro boulevard. Facility options are improving: there are two coffee shops, one at the front and another in Tower A, plus a half-size basketball court, playground, and jogging track. One loop around the apartment complex is about 900m. There’s also a free Bluebird shuttle to Bintaro Exchange, dispatched about every 1 hr. The parking building is under construction, and the scale model suggests there may be a swimming pool on the rooftop.
