Astera Hotel Bintaro

The staff and receptionist were helpful and welcoming, which was the best part of my stay. The place was fairly clean and felt homey, but the bedding and toiletries needed more attention. My bath towel had a hole, the doormat was torn, and the pillowcase was dirty. There was also a yellow stain on the bed sheet. I couldn't sleep because I could hear kids running and other noises outside my room. I had planned to stay two nights, but left after the first night. For a mid-range hotel, it felt a little overpriced and overrated.

A good location, with a large parking lot. For an overnight stay when you don't have much planned around Bintaro, it's adequate. The staff are friendly and informative, though the service is very basic.

I've stayed here for one night a few times. The room is okay and not too small, and check-in and checkout are both quick. It's a typical two-star hotel. They provide soap, a toothbrush, and toothpaste, but no shampoo. Cleanliness could be better, especially the bed cover. Pasar modern bintaro is nearby, with plenty of food options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a late snack. You can also get to jurangmangu krl station with just one angkot ride.

There's so much noise here that it's hard to get any rest. Even with the door shut, you can hear people walking and staff talking in the hallways, along with sounds from outside. It might work if you just need an inexpensive room for a quick stay, but I wouldn't choose it for a peaceful night's sleep.
