The first room they gave me had a broken shower head, an AC that only blew air, and a TV with sound but no picture. I asked the housekeeper to move me. The replacement wasn't much better: one light was broken, and barely any water came from the shower, so the jet shower was the better option. I was already tired, so I stayed in that room. At 5 AM the next morning, the electricity went out. Another couple was complaining too. It was so hot that I tried to rest on a sofa outside, while the couple came back angrily and checked out. The following morning, I woke up to find there was no water when I went to bathe. I was disappointed and checked out before my stay was over. I booked three days, but basic things like water and electricity weren't reliable. I've travelled to remote places and never had this kind of problem. I've seen similar reviews, so I don't think they've made improvements. I'd stayed here a couple of times before because it was close to work, even though the quality was what you'd expect for the price. This last visit was so disappointing that I think it'll be my last.

The hospitality was great, always with a smile, and they really prioritize guest satisfaction. Cleanliness is a strong point. For this price, you get your money's worth and a bit more, as long as you expect no more than two-star service. There's only a shower, but that shouldn't put you off trying the place. Don't bring heavy suitcases, though. There's just one bellboy and a lot of stairs up to the third level.

The first night was disappointing. The TV didn't work, the closet was jammed, and the room seemed like it was meant for 'kost'. The next night was much better, with no complaints, and felt worth it. The ambience was nice and quiet, and we slept deeply, which is hard to manage even at home. The property is nice, but maintenance was awful, and management should take better care of it. My experience was okay overall, and I'd recommend it.

The price is low and the location is right in the heart of BSD. The air conditioning and hot water both work, so I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

It was calm around the place, about 15m from the main road, and clean and comfortable. I stayed here while going to an event at ICE. I still needed an ojek to get to the venue, around 10-15.000 IDR, but this cozy place was worth booking.
