The staff were helpful and had a good attitude. They didn't speak much English, but we managed basic communication. The place also took health and safety procedures seriously during the pandemic. The room was small, though cozy and clean, with working air conditioning, hot water, good Wi-Fi, and a nice view. It feels like staying out in a village, away from the city bustle, but getting around is still easy. The airport and city are accessible, toll gates are close for drivers, and the train and bus stations are nearby. Shops, malls, cafes, convenience stores, and restaurants are around too, though not really within walking distance. Ride-sharing is an option.

When I arrived to check in after booking through Agoda a few weeks earlier, the hotel was no longer available. Be careful with Sultan Premiere on Agoda, as the prices can be questionable. Don't get lured in by a low rate. I called the contact number and was told I'd got the wrong one. I checked it on GetContact on a whim, and it showed as the right number, but they still wouldn't admit it.

The charges really add up: motorcycle parking is 2,000 per hour, so over a 3-day stay that's 2,000 x 72, which is a lot. I checked in at 2 pm and left at 7 pm because I was uncomfortable. The room, balcony, and refrigerator were dirty. Way below what I expected.

Parking charged by the hour, HAHA, SO FUNNY, I SWEAR :)) The room hadn't been cleaned, the sheets were filthy and looked unchanged, and the toilet leaked. They didn't provide toiletries either. Worst stay. Thanks.
