A nice place.

Why cancel a booking out of nowhere after it's already been paid for? It's not like this is the only hotel around. There are plenty of better, more decent places. Seriously, I really don't recommend it.

I booked this place through Agoda for an event at BSD town place, about 1 km away. It cost around 140 thousand all in, so two of us split it at 70 thousand each. I checked in on 05/28/2025 at 18:00 and checked out on 05/29/2025 at 08:00 WIB. One room can fit 2 adults and 2 children. It's a cheap hotel, so don't expect much from the facilities. If you want exclusive facilities, you'll need to pay an exclusive price too. The receptionist was fairly friendly at check-in. They held my ID card and a 100 thousand deposit as collateral, and returned both at checkout. The receptionist also said that for another booking, it's better to use the RedDoors application because the accommodation no longer works with Agoda. Alhamdulillah, I was still able to stay, with no cancellation or extra charge. The price on Agoda is indeed much lower than on other apps. The room was comfortable, with a soft mattress, standard pillow sheets and blankets, working AC and TV, a fairly clean toilet with normal water, a glass cupboard, table and chairs, a sitting toilet, and Wi-Fi. My cellphone internet signal kept dropping, though there was Wi-Fi. By the way, the inn's Wi-Fi is called lily, the same name as the inn across the way, which has a bad rating. Maybe the owner is the same. Alhamdulillah, though, the complaints in reviews of the lily inn across the way seem to have been fixed at this inn. The service was really bad, unfriendly, and slow. I arrived around 6:30 in the evening, but my room still hadn't been tidied up, and I had to wait a very long time. Please help the employees understand how hard that is for guests. People come to rest and shouldn't have to wait so long, worrying about what might happen.
