Cozy Stay Studio Apartment at Urban Heights Residences

The location is a big plus: the toll road is about 5 minutes away, Indomart and alfamart are close, and there are plenty of nearby places to eat, including Roti Bakar Eddy, Padang's restaurant, mc Donald, Hokben, Soto Kudus and Soto SSB. BSD Modern Market is only 1km away. The place itself feels cozy and comfortable, and the pool is fine for kids, though it isn't Olympic sized. Residents and HomTel guests can use it. A note about getting in: the apartment and hotel lobbies have separate entrances, around 100 meters apart, so watch for that. The basement parking has a lift, but it's a tight squeeze with lots of columns. I wouldn't recommend it for an SUV or ELF taller than 1.5 meters, especially when other spaces are occupied. Cars with low clearance or 17inch velg may scrape the ground. Smaller cars like Camry, swifts, jazz, avanza, agya, brio, sirion and rio should be fine down there. The development is by Graha Investama Bersama, working with Abipraya, and construction seems to be moving along. Tower A is built and occupied by unit owners, with HomTel floors on 25-29. They're working on Tower B next. It looks like a good investment in a convenient spot.

The parking spaces are cramped, which makes it hard to maneuver. The hallways could use more cleaning, and the lifts are dirty with some loose buttons.

Three years ago, I bought a studio unit on installments during a fully furnished promotion. The building management and service have been responsible and committed. Thanks, five stars from me 👍👍
