It's okay.

I used to have good stays here. The rooms were clean, tidy, and looked after, but things have gone downhill over my last few visits. Once the AC didn't work and the room was very hot; on another stay, the sheets looked unchanged and were really dirty. The worst was my last night. There was mold all over the ceiling, dampness in both the room and toilet, and a leak upstairs near the water heater. The room was very unclean. I sent photos and reported it over chat, but the reply was just to take the key downstairs and move rooms. No apology, explanation, or follow-up about fixing anything. That felt very unprofessional, especially for problems related to health and safety. The receptionist made it worse. The staff member working January 15, 2026, around 10:00 PM, was unfriendly and seemed to take my complaint badly. At checkout the next morning, there was no courtesy or good service either. I've stayed here many times, so I'm really disappointed by the decline in the rooms and service. I hope management takes a serious look at maintenance and staff standards, because this affects guests' comfort and trust.

It was my first time there, and I'd hoped to become a regular because a friend recommended it. I asked the receptionist, a guy, where to get the live, and he said it was already on the key card. I was only asking to make sure, sir. He acted so arrogant, like he owned the apartment, and never gave me the WiFi password or properly explained where things were. He seemed too lazy to help, and there wasn't a single friendly word. We came and paid, after all. If nobody visited, how would he get his salary from his boss? I really regret staying at de green hotel. If you still want to try it, be ready to meet staff like that. 💀

The room wasn't worth the price. Its amenities were poor and didn't match the Agoda details. The mattress was dirty, there were lots of animals, and the AC made a lot of noise. Staff were unfriendly and pushy, and handled requests as if customer service wasn't their job.
