I stayed at Akasa Pure Living BSD City for a while, and it felt like home. The apartments are clean and thoughtfully laid out, with the essentials for comfortable day-to-day living. The pool, gym, jogging track, and green spaces make for a refreshing setting, and the security staff are friendly and reliable. Getting to AEON Mall, business centers, and dining options is easy from this strategic location. Even though the area is bustling, the surroundings here feel peaceful, a nice balance of city life and time to relax. The lifts can be slow at busy times, but that's a minor issue alongside the good experience. I recommend Akasa Pure Living BSD City for a cozy, modern stay, whether short term or long term.

I'm revising my rating again. Never buy a LOFT, it's way too much hassle, with so many hidden costs that it feels like a scam. You have to pay 55k for each replacement light bulb. Installing internet comes with a cable pull fee even when no cable pulling is really involved, and you're charged again every time you change providers. That's separate from the provider's installation fee. Pest control needs work too. The second floor is damp, smells of drainage, and has lots of roaches. There's no mailbox for mail, only a paxel box. It holds your item for 2 days, then charges about IDR 2k per day to keep it.

The gym space is really small. The receptionist also said they don't have an access card to go up. What happens if something urgent comes up and there's no access card? What a weird apartment 🤣
