My kids love the pool and playground, and there’s plenty of open space for them to play. ANWA Residence feels safe, clean, and family-friendly, with good facilities. It’s also convenient for daily life, close to schools and supermarkets, with easy public transport access. The staff and security team are helpful and responsive, which gives us peace of mind. It’s modern and comfortable, and it really feels like home for our family. We’ve had a wonderful stay here, and I’d recommend it to families looking for a supportive, well-designed community.

We’re so glad we found this apartment, and we’ll tell people around us good things about it. During our stays, we’ve always dealt with MR Mas Wisnu Aji. He’s cheerful, energetic, polite, and always handy for me and my family. See you guys.

A nice apartment with a pleasant feel and good facilities. It’s kid-friendly, and Aston hotels is in the same area.

During my five days in unit 1202 at Anwa Apartments, rainwater came through the walls. After showers, water backed up in the bathroom, possibly because the drain was clogged, and it left an awful smell. The bathroom wash basin was also too small. The kitchenette stove didn’t work, and nobody came to clean or take out the rubbish during my stay. Overall, a bad experience. 😭
