Highest Value 2BR at Serpong Greenview Apartment

I booked through the Red Doorz app and the payment went through, but when I arrived the receptionist said the place was full and told me to contact the central office. They were accepting walk-in guests while the app still showed rooms available. This is a mess. Choose somewhere else if you’re planning to stay, or you’ll be disappointed too.

The room was in terrible shape: the AC wouldn’t turn off, the TV screen was broken, there were no towels or Wi-Fi, and the sheets were filthy. Dust was everywhere, the pillows were flattened, and the room was awful. At checkout, I came across people sleeping naked on the floor. The reception area downstairs was crowded, with around eight people sitting on the floor, using their phones and smoking. I had been offered two rooms with a double bed in each, but one room actually had a single bed and a badly torn chair. The nightly price was high for such poor quality. University boarding houses are better. If you’re thinking of staying, don’t; you’ll be disappointed. Don’t believe the reviews on the RedDoorz app, especially for Serpon Green View.

I’ve stayed at other Reddoorz and been satisfied, but this one was a real disappointment. The bathroom door was broken, the toilet was cramped, and there was no doormat or trash can in the room. The closet had used or dirty items in it. They advertised free Wi-Fi, but I couldn’t connect, and there was no hot water for showering. The AC wasn’t cold enough. Parking is charged by the hour, and motorcycle parking can reach 24,000 Rupiah. The place also felt a bit creepy to me.

Susanti, a girl from Kuningan, rents one of the rooms in this apartment, where homewreckers and other people’s husbands meet. She’d be better off being someone else’s wife, but she’s still cheating and apparently isn’t satisfied.
