I've lived here for 3 months. The pool and gym are nice places to relax, and there’s food nearby at standard prices. The apartment is next to the mall. But there are lots of tomcat insects on my balcony. I've sprayed twice a week and they're still there, and I have no idea where they come from 🥲. A friend on another floor got burned on the head by these insects. Parking costs extra, and it isn't cheap. If your card goes missing, getting a replacement is complicated, and you have to pay both an entrance fee and for the new card 😮‍💨. You pay monthly but still have to pay extra for the tickets. I'll consider whether to stay here long term.

The staff were friendly, and the parking was easy to get into and well organized. I rented a unit here and was pleasantly surprised to find it clean, nice, and comfortable. The facilities are fairly complete, including a quite large pool, and the location is in a pretty strategic area.

I've been staying here for a month, and the water stops flowing almost every day. It feels like the staff are turning it off on purpose. Management needs to improve and fix this problem immediately.

The building quality is poor, with a lot of leaks, and the management is the worst I've dealt with. There have been many false promises. Tenants have to pay for parking, and they require IPL upfront while changing the payment schedule as they like. Security is lacking, and the place is unclean and unhygienic. Don't buy an apartment here.

The building and its surroundings were clean, and I had a nice, pleasant stay. What stood out most was the good hospitality from the security personnel.
