Hotel O Ciputat Near Apartment Green Lake View Ciputat

A good hotel.

Room 3A 15 was a mess from the moment I walked in. The lock and handle were broken and lying around, the sheets hadn't been changed, and the wobbly mattress felt like it was resting on wires. There was no TV, the outlet didn't work, and there were no curtains. The water sprayer was broken, the zinc was dirty, the AC wasn't cold, the balcony was filthy, and spider webs were everywhere. Is this a hotel or a monkey cage? I complained at reception, but all I got was “yes sir, that's random.” If they're not ready to sell a room, they shouldn't sell it just to make a profit. I don't mind paying a low price, but don't pass the poor condition on to customers. Never again.

I don't want to come back, guys. When you book through the Traveloka app, they tell you to get a refund. Finding accommodation isn't easy 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 GA, refund my money 🫵🏻

Room 775 in Tower E was a terrible experience. The room smelled, the toilet was unsuitable and had a broken faucet, and the refrigerator didn't work. The TV had no remote, the bed was broken with wires exposed, and the AC leaked. I'd advise against booking here if you want to avoid regrets.
