After breakfast on 22 feb 2026, I got food poisoning. I had the food, wheat bread with mapple syroup, and peanut butter. I spent 3 days recovering, and it ruined everything because I had an important party to attend after checkout.

At Hotel Santika BSD, the breakfast was tasty and the room was clean. The location was very convenient, and the staff, especially ms. Rini Anggraini & team, were friendly.

The quiet setting was a real plus during my two-night stay, and getting around was still easy. Everything from arrival through checkout went smoothly, with especially great help at reception. I was comfortable here. Thanks to Mr. Ansori for helping me during my stay at Santika BSD.

Mbak Kiki took great care of us at Mandalika restaurant, and the food and atmosphere were both good. The BSD location is perfect. They also surprised my wife for her birthday, which was very nice. Thanks a lot!

This was my second visit, and it was still a good experience. Everything felt well prepared, with an easy check-in and checkout. The staff were experienced, and ka Ansori helped with checkout.
