We had two rooms for our two-night stay at Hotel Santika Premiere Bintaro, a suite connected to my kids’ deluxe room. Both were clean and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location worked well for exploring Bintaro, and the basement parking is huge, so parking wasn’t a concern. The main dishes from room service were quite salty, though, and loud sport bikes on the street made it hard for me to sleep despite the comfortable bed. A little improvement to the seasoning and sound isolation would make the stay feel much closer to five stars. I’d consider coming back and asking for a room away from the street.

I stayed for a while during renovations at my house and felt right at home. My premium room, which cost the same as a standard one, was roomy and comfortable. The bed was very soft, and housekeeping was quick. The food was good, and the Wi-Fi didn’t give me much trouble. There’s also a free shuttle to Bintaro Exchange and Transpark. With its handy location, it’s an option to consider for a longer stay in Bintaro.

All I wanted was a quiet night’s sleep after caring for my family member at RSPI bintaro. Santika was about 100k cheaper than Aviary or Aston, so I chose it for a simple rest. I asked for a high floor, thinking that would be quieter, but my sixth-floor room overlooked the pool seating area, where people walked past, and I could hear the pool too. My choices were to shut the blinds or watch people go by right outside. It faced one of the hotel’s busiest terraces, not the quiet room I’d asked for. Next time I’ll listen to my friends and pick Aston or Aviary. Everything else was just okay. I did appreciate that they use bottles for water and hand soap, which means a little less plastic, and that they provide bikes for transport.

My daughter loved the swimming pool, and room service arrived quickly. We stayed in an Executive Room King, with a nice enough view, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was close to most things we needed, including shopping and entertainment, and the food was good. The admin was also very helpful with information before booking and arranged free mirror art as a surprise for my wife. We came for a family vacation in June this year. Unfortunately, rain brought a leak into room 1132 and made it uncomfortable to sleep. I reported it to FO twice but didn’t get any follow-up.

The restaurant is okay, and it’s a very beautiful hotel for Indonesië people. For tourists, though, there isn’t really much to do nearby. There’s no bar in the hotel for beer or wine, and no massage either. Going out means taking a taxi. Next time I’ll choose somewhere more touristy. 🤣🤣🍻🥳
