The room was spacious, and the front desk staff tried to help when I ran into payment tech problems, though they were struggling with it. Booking online worked out much cheaper than paying cash. They dealt with the AC and cleanliness issues right away, but the room still felt old and worn, and the bathroom needed a proper clean. The Google pictures are probably from 10+years ago. This hotel needs an upgrade, renovation, or some serious TLC, and I wish they put more effort into keeping its quality up. The price was great, but I wouldn’t recommend coming back here.

It’s quiet enough to get some rest, and the room is comfortable. The hotel also offers a free shuttle for drop-offs and pick-ups within 5 km, which is great. The service was good too.

It’s a comfortable, budget-friendly syar'i hotel with a calm, quiet feel. It can be hard to spot, though, and service takes quite a while. Still, it’s a nice place to stay.

The location works well for business travel, and the hotel offers breakfast, a free shuttle within 5 km, and a quiet setting. Prices are affordable. The air conditioning could be cooler, and some furniture needs replacing.

For IDR 350K, you get a roomy Bintaro stay with working hot water, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Just be aware there's no elevator, and the bathroom light in my room was too dim.
