Minimalist and Comfy Studio Green Lake View Apartment

I won't stay anywhere like this again. There was no WiFi, and the TV didn't work at all. The ceiling and refrigerator were extremely moldy, the wardrobe was very dirty, and the curtains were torn and shredded everywhere. The electrical system shorted out, so I had to call staff twice to fix it. In the bathroom, the jet sprayer was broken, there was no hot water or tissue, and they gave us only one towel and one hand soap, with no other amenities. The bed and pillows were black because they were so old. They changed the linen after we complained, but when we checked in, it hadn't been changed from the previous guest. The room smelled of cigarettes even though I had requested a non-smoking room in my booking. The corridor smelled awful, and security wasn't friendly. Literally all you can use is the bed and toilet. So disgusting. Do you even care about this property? Are you sure you should rent rooms like this to guests? We paid for a room like that? Definitely never coming back. The worst place I've ever visited in my life, definitely not fit for people to stay in.

It’s cheaper to book directly, which is something to consider, but bring a car and be ready for the parking cost. There are a few local restaurants in the apartment area, though the food isn't very good. The room is relatively small, and cleanliness is poor: the floor feels sticky and gets slippery when wet, and the bathroom isn't very clean either. The bed is very bouncy.
