A very strategic spot, near the Bintaro commercial area and two train stations.

Good.

The room was clean and really comfortable, and check-in and checkout were easy. The parking area is spacious and stays clean, and the security and room boys are super friendly. Totally worth it.

There’s a nice swimming pool on the second floor, and the security is pretty good, with staff there 24 hours. Since there are only a few residents, the parking lot is quiet. It’s one of the apartment complexes near Bintaro, and according to the marketing team, only 30% of the units have been occupied or purchased so far. The studio units are reportedly sold out. There aren't any food stalls, minimarkets, shops, or offices yet.
