I picked this kos-kosan after finding it on the Mamikos app, mainly because it looked clean. The room was clean from the beginning, with cool air and a quiet feel that was a nice break from busy Jakarta. It has AC, a private bathroom, a water heater, and a TV. Everyone can use the kitchen, refrigerator, roomy parking area, and garden. I feel safe here because security keeps strangers from coming in, and the admin replies quickly. It's easy to talk with them on WhatsApp. The hallway and kitchen could be cleaned more regularly, though. I'm very happy with my choice.

Tekno Residences Hostel had just opened and was being run by OYO Management. Some rooms were still under construction, and the business was due to start operating in mid July 2019.
