The location is okay, but there’s very little parking. The room was dark and dirty, with dirty linens and lots of ants. There was a bad smell in the room and around it, and the toilet and bathroom were filthy. Not recommended. If they can’t maintain it, they should close the business.

From outside, the mansion looks like a haunted house. At night I felt like something was bothering me, and I couldn’t sleep well. Maybe that explains the cheap price: $8 gets you a 215 sq ft room, but there’s no wifi.

The water is yellowish and could use filtering to improve the color and smell. Water in many parts of South Tangerang has that tint, though a filter could help. The property is quite large and fairly quiet. With statues all over, it can feel a bit spooky at night, especially if you arrive late.

I couldn’t sleep either of the two nights because the street noise was incredible. The bathroom had no lights, hot water, or toilet paper, and I had to ask for a clean bedsheet because the one provided was dirty. The reception staff seemed strange, and the whole house felt odd. I had a bad experience and wouldn’t call this a hotel. I definitely won’t be back.
