I’m concerned about the security supervisor. We live here because the apartment is comfortable and we trust it, so one person shouldn’t damage that faith. Please remind security to be polite and respectful to tenants. I’ve experienced this myself and seen it happen to other tenants too. We don’t need them to greet us or ask what we’re doing every time, but a smile would be nice. Sometimes they look angry or expressionless. Manners matter, and respect can’t be bought with money. Thank you 🙏🏼

My one suggestion is about the lobby security. They’re friendly, but from what I’ve seen and experienced, they could respond better to hotel and apartment guests. When someone arrives or leaves with lots of luggage and seems to be struggling, they could help carry it to or from the car. So far, they’ve only opened the lobby entrance for me. Everything else has been okay. The place feels like home, and I’m very happy here. It’s comfortable and well located, with cleanliness maintained across the roadside apartment area, pool, lobby, unit hallways and public facilities, including the gym and playground. Everything is well cared for. The management also makes a big difference: they respond quickly to complaints and find solutions. They’re super helpful. I hope they keep up what’s already good and make things even better if possible. ♥️
