I rarely leave a negative review because there’s usually another side to hear and understand. But I can’t find a reason to excuse how poorly this apartment’s building management has handled things. While I was at work, the apartment’s power was shut off completely, even though there was no notice saying utilities were due that day. I couldn’t live or work in a dark room, so I tried to get the right people to help. Nobody replied, and no one made any effort to sort it out. It was late at night, and people who are completely worn out from work live in this building. Couldn’t management at least try to help tenants through a situation like this, especially if they want them to stay long term? Please get a better building management team and show your tenants some empathy.

I had a peaceful stay on the 15th floor. The apartment was spotless and there was no noise, which made it comfortable and pleasant. The lobby and elevators always smelled clean and fresh, and the security guards and receptionists were warm and kind. There’s a supermarket, café, food stalls, and other handy amenities right on site.

My husband rented a unit in Brooklyn apartment for a week so he could quarantine after traveling from out of town. The view from the window was monotonous, but the unit was comfortable and had most of the equipment we needed. There are cafés, restaurants, minimarkets, laundry, and a few other tenants on site. Superi**o and EC supermarkets are about 200 meters away.

We went out to church and found the door locked when we returned, with the password changed. We couldn't check out or get our belongings. There was no hot water either, which should be a standard service. Really awful place and the hospitality was the worst.

I was in Apt.32A on the top floor. The apartment was nice, and the view was lovely, with Jakarta visible from up there.
