I spent 12 days here and really enjoyed the stay. My family was happy here too. We had a clean, comfortable one-bedroom apartment with a swimming pool view. There's also a studio room type. Parking for guests is on the SB floor, and I never had trouble finding a space. Security was friendly. On the first floor there's an Alfamart point and laundry service, while McDonald's and Giant Hypermarket are nearby.

The room service was great, and the room was clean. You can walk to McD and Alfamart, and AEON Mall and ICE BSD are about 5-10 minutes away. I couldn't watch movies on the TV because it kept asking for a fingerprint. Some instructions or a channel explaining how to use it would help.

The pool had dirt and an oily layer on the water, though the staff were nice. There's cleaning service, but apparently they don't get behind the doors.
4/10
The sheets were seriously dirty, and cleaning wasn't done right away, so I had to tell the front desk. There are two room sizes, and I'd suggest booking the bigger one if you decide to stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

I don't usually book an apartment just for a night, but I'm glad I tried this one. The room was clean, nice, and spacious. I'd stay here again if I'm in BSD.
