Nice hotel for an affordable price. The amenities were all good, and the staff were friendly. I had nasi goreng and an americano (arabica), and the food was pretty tasty.

I had to request a different room. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room looked neglected, with stains on the walls and peeling paint. The towels and sheets seemed dirty, and the WiFi and TV often had network problems.

We found this HomTel by chance while searching for affordable accommodation in South Tangerang, and it's easy to recommend for its location and price. There are lots of food stalls nearby. Our family booked a two-room suite. We paid a 100k deposit at check-in, then went up to our unit on the 29th floor. It was spacious, comfortable and spotless, with plush beds and cold AC. Both bedrooms were bright and had a nice view over Tangerang Selatan, with some of Jakarta visible too. The furnishings and decor felt modern and practical, and there were plenty of power sockets, including two full-size USB sockets. We also had a kettle, towels, toothbrushes, coat hangers and hotel sandals. There was a smart TV, but no Netflix subscription. You could sign in with your own account and remember to sign out, though we didn't try it. A mini fridge would help families who bring food or need to store baby food or milk. More tissues and some bags for laundry or garbage would also be useful. The WiFi was available but so slow and unstable that it was practically useless. We tried 4G for work, but that was slow too because of the height, so we couldn't get as much done. There was a small work table in each room, which we couldn't properly make use of. Still, the suite was great overall and the place is affordable and strategically located.

The hotel is still being developed, and rooms are open on just one floor. There's no restaurant available, so they don't provide plates or bowls. Most rooms seem to be smoking rooms, even when labeled non-smoking.
