The staff were fairly friendly, but the room wasn't very big and the bed was uncomfortable because I could feel the mattress springs. The bed cover looked dirty, like it hadn't been washed, and the old AC didn't cool enough. The TV wouldn't turn on, there was cigarette ash on the window, and the bathroom was in especially bad shape. Hair had collected around the water drain, the sink was broken and unusable, and the bathroom glass was very dirty. They didn't leave any towels. I asked for some, and they said they'd bring them to the room, but none arrived before checkout. We came on the weekend and paid quite a lot, but what we got wasn't adequate. I hope they fix things, especially the bathroom.
