My husband's and my dorm was flooded, so I booked an overnight stay through the RedDoorz app. At the hotel, the two receptionists weren't clear with us and asked for a 200,000 IDR deposit, more than the cost of the stay. In the end, we went home. We still can't cancel the reservation in the app or get a refund, and I'm so disappointed.

A staycation here was pretty pointless. The place is noisy and the rooms aren't soundproof, and there’s no usable signal: the Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the room, and my own mobile data had no reception either.

They can change the name all they like, but if the same arrogant employees are still there, nothing changes, hahaha. I’ve moved up to the Urbanview class, yet the service is still exactly as bad as before. Zero service.

It’s now called Urban View Hotel BSD, but the staff haven’t changed. They lie and are rude to guests. Even after guests have paid a deposit, their ID cards are taken away.

Does booking through the Agoda app come with an extra charge?
