Zyllio Room

The staff at the reception were really friendly and polite, and explained things in a way that didn't feel like the usual reception desk routine. It was more like what you'd get at a 5-star hotel, really cool. Keep it up, Zyllio Room 🙏🔥 This was my first time staying in an apartment that felt truly clean. The room was nice and had everything I needed, including a refrigerator, TV, cold AC, two soaps, two toothbrushes, and two bottles of mineral water. The interior was neat and beautiful, so it felt comfortable to spend time in the room. I'd been put off booking apartments after a really bad experience in Bekasi and Bandung that I regretted. This time, though, I found a cheap price of 180 thousand rupiah and decided to give it another try.

This was my second booking with Zyllio Room. The first stay was wonderful, but this time I was disappointed. I waited about 30 minutes for my room, even though I'd already said I was waiting outside. The administration office is in the basement, and it was hot down there, especially since I smoke. That part was my choice. Later I had to wait on the 16th floor because my room wasn't ready. Before booking, I'd asked for the 10th or 12th floor because I was told rooms there had Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. When I arrived, the room on my preferred floor was fully booked. I expected the room to match what I'd confirmed, but it didn't. The admin said they hadn't promised Wi-Fi and that it was only a bonus in some rooms. I understand that explanation. The mattress was hard, the bedcover wasn't as comfortable as the one in my first room, and the alleged blood stains were real. I posted proof of the stains, but there was no apology about them. The admin told me I should have asked for a sheet replacement and said they could have changed it without my having to review it on Google Maps. Google Maps is a place for reviews. If the admin who contacted me thought I was wrong, they could have responded directly instead of defaming my reputation. I knew the room was non-smoking and confirmed that with the receptionist, but I smoked on the balcony because it's open. The admin had explained in chat that smoking wasn't allowed there either, which seems strange, but I know it's the rule. I've apologized for smoking on the balcony, and if it's not allowed, that's on me. I'll be more uncomfortable next time and ask for replacements if needed. I hope management improves both service and room quality. Reviews should be treated as feedback, not as a reason to contact and corner someone. They also said the administrator who contacted me would respond to my review and mention my name. I don't know what to make of that, but I'm open to it if they think it's appropriate. For context, I revised my review and apologized again about the balcony smoking. Even after hotel staff contacted me, there still wasn't an apology about the stains. Thank you.

Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and it felt very private. The staff seemed more like friends than hotel employees.

A great place. You can pick a smoking or non-smoking room. They have different looks, but all the rooms are beautiful.
