The price was very worthwhile, with breakfast for two included, and service was quick. I stayed one weekday night in a quiet, normal-sized room overlooking the Subang Museum. Checkout was easy. The bed had stains, though, and the hotel felt a little old and not well maintained. Parking is limited, so arrive early during peak season. There's also a Rp50k deposit. Still a solid value.

The room was comfortable, the location was good, and the discounted price made it decent value. Most of the staff were nice, but one night I asked room service to bring two plates and was politely told to come pick them up myself, which felt odd. The bathroom sink leaks and sometimes smells funky. Breakfast could be a lot better. I'd recommend it for business travelers.

They let us have breakfast early, which was a big help, and after checkout they noticed my friend's belongings left in the room and offered to send them to our office. The staff were well behaved, and the one-night stay was pleasant. The bathroom curtain had black spots that looked like some kind of moss. Everything else was satisfying.

The deluxe room was spacious and had all the usual amenities, but the AC and breakfast selection fell short of what I expected. This is a hotel to fall back on if you can't get the usual Favehotel chain treatment.

The rooms were clean, and the staff treated me with respect and kindness as an American, while being friendly and accommodating. A great place to stay in Subang, highly recommended.
