I’d like to make a booking. Is there a WhatsApp number I can contact?

The room was damp and musty, with dirty floors, filthy rags, cigarette butts in the bathroom, and blankets and bolsters that smelled damp too. After booking through the app, I arrived in the middle of a rainy night and couldn’t find anyone at reception. The phone number wouldn’t connect, so I went to the owner’s house. They told me the rooms were sold out and offered a makeshift room, or an upgrade for an extra 100,000. I left something behind later, but contacting them was difficult. Strange, and I’m very disappointed!

The owner was friendly and the place itself is comfortable. Just keep the door shut at night, since animals can get inside. I booked a family room with a kitchen but was given a single bed instead, so please pay closer attention to bookings. OYO had a TV, but there wasn’t one in the room. Sorry for the review, both beforehand and afterward.
