The mountain view around the hotel is beautiful, and the location is good. My room was very basic and economical. The corridors are run down, though the entrance and breakfast halls look very nice and well cared for. Breakfast was fine and the coffee was very good. The bed linen could have been cleaner, but I bring my own to hotels anyway, so it wasn’t a huge problem.

I stayed at Hotel Balcony, and the views from the fifth floor were breathtaking. It’s a wonderful hotel.

The room was big, with a big window and a comfortable bed. The location is good, the front office was quick, the view is great, and security helped us park since there’s very little space. The hotel feels like a fair match for the price, so don’t expect too much. The water quality wasn’t OK: it had black sand and smelled a little. There’s no refrigerator, the bathroom is a bit dark, and the sink water doesn’t drain easily. We could clearly hear the neighbors, especially at night. We may consider another hotel next time.

Breakfast didn’t have many options, but it was tasty. Parking is small, though the valet service was very helpful. The hotel is just so-so, so don’t expect much from the amenities. I requested a queen room but got two single beds. Room service came in with their shoes on, while none of us were wearing slippers inside.

The location is convenient, but the room was gloomy and barely had any lamps. The water heater didn’t work at all, so the water was freezing cold, and they didn’t serve the breakfast I’d paid for. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak and almost useless. Very disappointing.
