For the price, this place felt overpriced. Staff responded quickly, but seemed to lack the hospitality know-how and communication skills to help customers. The caterers were the one good part of the service. They were outside vendors, not hotel management, but they helped customers far better than the management team. If you’re looking for a quiet resort to relax for the day, I wouldn't really recommend it.

Right on the main street of Bukit Pelangi, so it’s easy to spot. There’s a huge parking area, a small pool, plenty of clean toilets and bathrooms, and a very wide camping area. The large gazebo style building can hold more than 500 people, so rain isn’t a worry. There are also affordable villas, a cafe, and a small restaurant. If money is tight, you can head outside and find cheap meals.

The wooden villa had two floors and the room itself should have been comfortable, but there’s only 1-2 meters between the villas. With the large, partly open glass windows and no curtains in some spots, guests can see each other. And you hear the neighbors screaming, laughing loudly, and singing karaoke. My family wanted a quiet, private weekend away, so this place wasn’t right for us. We definitely won’t come back.
