We’ll definitely come back. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The facilities were good and well maintained too.

For a Golf View room, I’d recommend asking for the 10th or 11th floor. The room was quite spacious, and the hotel is right beside Novotel Bogor. As part of the All Accor group, it also lets guests use their facilities. We stayed four days and three nights. The air conditioning wasn’t working as well as it should, but we checked in late, and fixing it would have taken an hour. Since the hotel was full for the long holiday, reception kindly offered us a room change and an upgrade to an Executive Room the next day. I’m very grateful for how they handled it. I enjoyed the stay overall. One suggestion: the breakfast coffee station could use better coffee beans and, if possible, a more advanced machine.

The room itself was good, with a nice mountain view, and breakfast was good too. I’d requested a non-smoking room, but the one I got smelled strongly of cigarettes. Thankfully, they still had a room available on the smoke-free floor. I don’t know why I wasn’t given that floor to begin with.

The staff were friendly and keen to help with requests. There are some kids’ activities on weekends, with some run together with the Novotel next to Ibis, so you may need to walk over there. The hotel sits inside a golf park, which makes it a nice place to spend a weekend or holiday with friends or family. There’s a basic breakfast buffet every day, but finding restaurants or cafes nearby isn’t easy. Gofood or GrabFood may be your best options.
