Moon Rock Villas by Ribas

The part that meant the most to me was how much care and trust we were shown. When I needed to step away for 15-20 minutes, the staff kindly watched my son. It put me completely at ease. We stayed at Moon Rock by Ribas for two nights after busy days exploring Bali, and it was just the slow, comfortable break we needed. I was there with my son, and we felt relaxed, looked after, and happy. The villa was new, clean, spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged. It was beautiful and cozy, with lovely details throughout. Breakfast was delicious and nicely served, and having it brought straight to the villa, even while sitting in the pool, was wonderful. The staff were professional, attentive, kind, and ready to help. For a peaceful, private stay with a touch of luxury and great service near Ubud, I'd recommend it. We'd love to return.

The private pool at our villa on side A looked out over the jungle, with rice terraces and thick greenery all around. At night there were sounds of nature, and waking up to that view felt magical. The evening lighting had several options and made the place feel cozy, romantic, and relaxing. Nearby, we found a Balinese temple and a mountain river, both adding local character. We came with friends to explore the center of the island, and the location worked really well. Getting there from the airport was easy, and Ubud, Kintamani, the beaches, and the airport were all within reach. We would choose it again as a base for seeing Bali. The complex was brand new, which we liked, and it quickly felt like home. Having a private washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, and dishwasher was especially convenient, a real rarity compared with other places I've stayed in Bali. Staff were attentive, welcoming, and quick to respond. We arrived late from the airport, but late check-in and a 24/7 reception made it smooth and stress-free.

Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and the location was handy for the main attractions. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. We had a very pleasant stay, and I'd gladly return and recommend the hotel.
