The bed and room were quite good and clean, and the service was good too. There was plenty of space in the parking lot and balcony, and each room’s terrace had a table and sofa set for relaxing or having guests. Still, I’m not sure I’d stay here again. We booked through the RedDoorz app, and on our first visit the shower water wasn’t hot. The guard said the hot water came from solar panels and, since it was cloudy when we checked in around 4:00 PM, the supply was probably depleted. We were told to wait until 7:00 AM. A few minutes later we complained that the AC wouldn’t cool even on its lowest setting, and the guard quickly moved us to another room, which we appreciated. In the new room, the toilet had no lid, the shower leaked, and the water didn’t flow well. Green moss came out around the faucet under the shower when it was turned on, and the water was still cold. Every night we had to deal with very cold, stale water in the bathroom. We also didn’t get a dental kit with toothbrush and toothpaste or any drinking glasses, just liquid soap, towels, and mineral water. Some facilities didn’t match what the RedDoorz app listed, which left us less satisfied. The bathroom especially needs regular maintenance. I hope this feedback helps make future stays better. 🙏🏻

I was really disappointed and won’t come back. The room was dirty, the door had a gap that someone could peek through from outside, the AC was noisy, and the bathroom was crusty. Service was impolite, and the staff member gave guests coming and going suspicious looks, as if they were thieves. Very disappointing!!!
