The staff were helpful and good, and everything was clean. I can't imagine a better hotel. I'll definitely visit again in the future.

The room felt dirty and unsettling, and the walls need repainting. The second-floor corridor was especially creepy and needs better lighting. There was no bottled mineral water in the room. Instead, there was a stained, dirty mug and a dirty empty jar to fill at the corridor water dispenser. They also don't accept QRIS payments, which was another big downside. I wouldn't recommend this place or come back.

We booked the whole row of rooms for 250rb each, and everyone was happy with the stay. Each room had a front yard, the place was hygienic, and there was plenty of parking. My kids had lots of space to run around. Thanks for the lovely service, Ommaya.

The poor condition showed across all the rooms, with a dead lamp, a broken door handle, stale air, and high humidity. There was no lift, pool, convenience store, freezer, or the other things you'd expect from a resort. I don't understand why they use “resort” in the brand. Why does the owner keep running the hotel in this condition? 😤
