OYO Life 91480 Putridapisa Syariah

To all customers: our family, who manage PENGINAPAN KOSAN PUTRI DAPISA for the owner, would like to let you know that we ended our cooperation with the OYO app a long time ago because many parties, including us, were being harmed. Anyone who wants to stay can go directly to our other address, which has been listed on my account for a long time. There is a phone number there for booking a room. We ask whoever uploaded the OYO 91480 Putridapisa Syariah label to Gmaps to remove it as soon as possible. That's all, thank you. Respectfully, Putridapisa Sumedang, Thursday, 26 October 2023

I paid 114,000 Rupiah through Traveloka, but at the property they said the app price was too low and wanted another 50,000 Rupiah for me to stay. They told me to ask for a refund if I didn't want to pay the extra, but the hotel hadn't enabled refunds in the app. Really disappointing, and a disservice to other customers.

The owner and staff were friendly, and there's parking inside for both motorbikes and cars. The non-AC rooms were clean, with wide beds. One has a sofa bed that pulls out into a double bed, so four people can still sleep comfortably. The bathroom is inside and has hot water. Just be aware of the rates: IDR 150,000 a night for a non-AC room and IDR 200,000 for one with AC. Maybe the owner should check with Oyo so the listed price stays consistent.

The room was ugly, and the owner had a bad attitude. The price wasn't the original one either. I feel this harms other people, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
