Sapphire Home Hotel

The service was excellent, and the food was good and served well during my two-night stay. There is no elevator in the four-story building, and only some rooms are on the ground floor, so check that a room is ready if you're bringing older people. I also noticed some mold on the wall, if that sort of thing bothers you. Still, it was a nice stay.

I stayed in the guest house for three nights and found it quite comfortable. There's a sitting area for relaxing or working, plus a dining table that can be used when it's free. A small, clean prayer room is beside the park. During Ramadan, the sahur meal service was decent, despite the makeshift menu, and they brought it to the room. The hotel has two buildings, one hotel and one guest house. Its location is handy, with shopping nearby and places to eat outside easy to find. There's also a room near the lobby that can be used by a disabled person ♿. I hope to return someday.

The food was cold, bland, and had too little variety. It really needs improvement, and for the price this didn't feel worthwhile. The bathroom and towel were clean, and everything worked, though there was a spot on the bed. The kettle and mineral water were small, and they gave us a plastic spoon for coffee and tea. There's no lift, but staff helped with our luggage, thanks. One more thing, the power socket is under the table, so that's where you have to heat water.

The staff were lovely, and it's an excellent hotel close to lots of good places to visit in Sumedang.
