We stayed one night, and I would never return. I've traveled all over the world, but this was one of my worst hotel experiences. On arrival, staff couldn't find our reservation and kept us waiting for 30 minutes while they checked around. They speak close to zero English. The room had stains and holes in the walls. The villa pool was very dirty with leaves and sand, so I didn't go in. The gazebo mattresses were dirty, curled up on the ground, and partly in the pool, so we didn't use them either. The TV cable had been pulled out of its plug. After it was fixed, there were only four channels, and the picture was so poor it couldn't be watched. Only the on/off button worked on the air conditioning remote, luckily. The bathroom scale didn't work, and the bottle labeled body lotion actually contained shampoo. The room listing included a minibar, but the fridge was empty. There was no phone in the room. Instead, staff repeatedly made harassing calls to my private mobile number, which they'd taken from the reservation, to ask whether we wanted to extend our stay. At checkout, they demanded extra payment, saying the room wasn't fully paid, and threatened that we couldn't leave unless we paid. A security guard followed us around until we paid, because we had to get to the airport and couldn't risk missing our flight. The hotel arranged an airport transfer with a pirate taxi that demanded upfront payment of twice what we'd paid for the trip from the airport to the hotel the previous day. Breakfast was disappointing too. Don't go here, whatever you do.

I love this place a lot. The villa is romantic and has beautiful, quiet scenery. It seems especially suited to honeymooners or families. 😍😘

The villas have great facilities, and the view is really great. A nice place to let go of stress, excellent overall!

There weren't many visitors, so it was quiet. It wasn't very clean, and the bridge was broken.
