Pesona Bay Hotel

The room was just okay, and some things in it were broken, like the clothes hanger. We arrived in the afternoon, but they still hadn’t finished cleaning the room we were supposed to use. At night we asked for drinks and food, but the response was slow because the staff member had to keep going back and forth to the kitchen. We were staying in the glamping area. What really disappointed me was being catcalled by a guy at the pool while I was walking to the toilet. My friend was in the pool too, and there didn’t seem to be any other guests around, so I asked if anyone else was there. It turned out to be your staff member. Very disappointed that a hotel like this has staff who lack competence and respect.

The sea view really was beautiful, but the breakfast was a letdown. There wasn’t much to choose from, just a little bread and fruit. 😭 The TV options were boring too. For that price, I’d hoped for more international channels. I wanted this to be my most beautiful honeymoon, but it didn’t quite feel that way.

A quiet, private spot with comfortable rooms and newer furniture. The friendly staff added to the experience, and the ocean view made it easy to unwind and let go of stress.

We were 15 people staying from 18 to 20 Oct, and had to catch a ferry, so we planned to leave at 5 am on Sunday 20 Oct. We told the front office the night before, Saturday 19 Oct, that we needed takeaway breakfast with fried rice, bread, and coffee. At checkout it still wasn’t ready. The kitchen staff seemed to be asleep, and we waited until 5:30 before leaving with only bread. Really disappointing.
