I booked through tvlk for 3 rooms, with breakfast included, and the total was Idr850k. A good bargain for the location and the big bed. The mall is only a short walk away, and breakfast is simple but adequate. The Idr300k deposit is refundable, so that wasn’t a problem.

The location is superb, right beside Grand city mall and other restaurants and diners, and the staff service was excellent. In the room, there was no fridge. The shower needs work: water drains very slowly, and the curtain isn’t wide enough to keep all the water in.

Breakfast was amazing, and for the price it’s a nice hotel. A room can fit up to 3 people. The WiFi was very slow for guests, and the bathroom exhaust wasn’t running, so it got steamy after a shower. I also noticed small stains on some blankets and along the side of the bed. Hopefully they’ll pay closer attention to cleaning those spots. It was a great experience overall.

Grand City Mall is right beside the hotel, and the location in the middle of Surabaya City is just perfect. The room was nice, with comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was delicious, though the selection was limited. I’d recommend it for families.

Restaurants of all kinds are scattered around this central Surabaya City area, and the location is really good. The hotel is small, but the room and service were nice. I had a good experience, whether staying as a couple or with family.
