Airy Eco Syariah Sepanjang Ketegan Barat 1 Sidoarjo

The hotel provider handled the service badly and didn't make a serious effort to fix the reported problem. I wouldn't choose it again.

Keep the price cheap, yaw...

Sorry to see things go this way. The reception area is a mess, like a refugee barracks, and the staff just play games all the time. Amenities, especially snacks and toiletries, often aren't given unless you ask. The bathroom door has problems, with no handle and a broken latch, and the floor is mossy. There is mold on the walls, making the air damp. The AC often has trouble, doesn't cool, drips water, and smells. The digital TV has gone back to analog, like being in the 70s. This used to be the best Airy Eco room I'd stayed in. The AC, TV, Wi-Fi, bed and sheets, and bathroom were all good, and there was a second-floor balcony to relax on. Lately I've been more comfortable at the red-colored place next door. I hope Airy and the lodging owner will pay attention to these issues. Wassalam.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and Airy Eco Syariah is fine if all you need is somewhere to sleep. But I wouldn't pick it for a vacation, when a more suitable place might be better. I didn't realize this was an inn and it seems the management has changed. There's no sign, so it's very easy to miss. There was no hot shower, which was a problem for me since I can't shower in cold water. Towels also aren't in every room, so you need to ask for one. 🙏
