The polite, friendly staff were helpful in their roles, and Anderson Apartment Lobby is conveniently next to the mall’s HomePro Section, with easy access to Pakuwon Mall and PTC. Anderson Apartment shares a pool and gymnasium with Benson Apartment, plus they have a private park around the pool with a jogging track. Parts of the track can be slippery from pool water or rain. Short-term renters are easy to spot when they slam the doors instead of taking a few seconds to close them carefully. Nice place. Don’t lose your access card.
