The standard kitchen supplies seemed to be just the basics, and the other amenities and facilities were so-so. For room 1206 in the Yale Tower, the bathroom should at least be cleaned before it's rented out. There's still hair in the drain. If it's being used commercially, it could be better prepared so tenants leave with a good impression. The TV had no signal either, and its antenna cable was damaged. Thank you.

Honest review of Educity Apartment, January 2026. Living here has been very comfortable. The facilities are complete, including a gym, swimming pool, children's playground, laundry, canteen, and plenty of indoor and outdoor parking. The place is well organized and clean, and rubbish disposal is managed well. In my view, buying or renting either a one-bedroom or two-bedroom unit here is reasonably priced. There's a Circle K open 24 hours, plus Indomaret, Alfamart, and Faminart, which operates from 6.00 to 22.00. The lobby security guards are kind. They'll accept packages and parcels left by other people, and they treat couriers well and are friendly. 10/10, that's my honest experience living here. This is what Educity Apartment was like in January 2026.

I regret choosing this apartment. The bathroom area had lots of tomcats, and I got bitten on my neck and hands until the marks looked like burns. Why hadn't the place been cleaned, or repellent put out before guests arrived? It's frustrating that my fair skin ended up badly damaged.

The staff were kind, and the location is convenient.
