I've lived here for seven months, and the lift keeps having problems. The fitness center is in bad shape too: only one treadmill worked, and another was still broken a month later. All the equipment is damaged, and maintenance is very poor.

It's beside pasar modern, which makes the location great, and there's a big swimming pool. The facilities are simple, though. The gym isn't maintained well, and parking space is limited.

The outside looks nice, but the inside is a different story. After staying for a month or so, you'll see what I mean. The building isn't maintained properly, and the cleaning staff don't keep the garbage room in order. People leave rubbish on the floor, so the hallway ends up smelling.
